Yes! at the top right of the page, there's a little tag that says "Friends" click on it, and if there's a little green blob next to them it means they're online, if there's a red blob next to them it means they're offline, and if there's a colourless blob next to them it means they have chosen to be "invisible"., so you can't tell if they're online or not.
